Domestic Shipping
Our courier partners deliver door-to-door nationwide in South Africa.

Free delivery for orders over R1000 or a flat rate of R160 for orders under R1000.

Deliveries usually take 3 to 5 working days and take place during normal working hours.

We outsource our couriers and cannot specify exact delivery dates and times.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details.

International Shipping
For international deliveries (outside South Africa), please contact us directly to place your order, and we will send you a quote with shipping costs.

Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees which are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.
Returns Policy
If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery so we may correct this as soon as possible. We do not offer any returns on international shipments.
